This RG250 keeps its original 247cc two-stroke parallel-twin engine and frame, but the rest of the bike has been heavily reworked for racing. It uses Yamaha FZR wheels, forks and brakes, along with racing slicks and a Honda race seat fitted to a custom subframe. The bodywork has been stripped back to the essentials, giving it a clean, lightweight and purpose-built race look
